Following the latest government guidelines we are pleased to say that we are now back open. (From Thursday through to Saturday)
Bookings are by appointment only, please call up to book.
We are operating a maximum of 2 clients in at once in separate rooms.
Minimum booking time
As we have to put extra measurements in place, the minimum booking time will be 30 mins. You can have a number of shorter appointments together, all we ask is that your booking is a hour or longer. Short appointments can be booked together.
Booking & deposits
Please note when booking a deposit is required, we also have a 48 hrs cancellation policy.
If you wish to cancel or move an appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice or you will be charged for the full booking. Now more than ever it is very difficult for us on reduced hours and with a reduced team to arrange the logistics of moving appointment slots and we thank you for your understanding and support with this.
What if you have a gift voucher?
All gift vouchers that had an expiry date of March 2020 have been extended until October 2020.
Safety Measurements in place
I’m sure I don’t need to run over the basic safety standards with Covid-19, we have lived with these for many weeks now and I’m sure I don’t need to remind you how to wash your hands!
But on a very serious note, we will be putting everything in place to ensure the most sterile environment. As standard we always washed our hands before and after a client, all our towels were changed and washed at 60 degrees, all our tools and machines were sterilised after use. This of course will stay the same, but as added safety measures:
- We will all be in masks or face shields
- Sanitisers will be in every room
- Clients will be asked to sit at distance in our waiting area
- We will wear gloves where appropriate
- All clients will fill out a health questionnaire form before coming into the salon
- After every client will be a 15 minute turn around time to sanitise the room before the next client
Don’t worry we will look after you! We will put everything in place to still make sure you get your little peace of relaxation.
